Can't learn alchemy if your skill cap is full but you have some skills set down.

  Crafters not able to learn meditation.
  But this character is divergent warrior without any sub class.
  This bug follow us from day one of beta weeks.
  You able to learn alchemy only if your skill cap not full, when you reach full skill cap and put some skills down you will get message that you still need free skill points, yes, technically our skillcap is really full, but we should be able to lower skills and learn other skills, right?

  I thought that is known and commong bug so didn't report it on beta.

Unfortunately, you cannot pick up Alchemy at this time as you have already maxed out your skill cap. Putting down your skill to take Alchemy will not work at this time.
