Can complete Heckles' Hero without setting foot in Blackthorn's Dungeon

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but you do not have to be in Blackthorn's dungeon to get credit for kills for Heckles' Hero Quest.

If this is intended, a mod can just delete.
