How do you get 40 SDI in a spellbook?

I have seen that a player is carrying a SDI 40% spellbook and it is not an artifact, does anyone know how to get this type of book?



According to caps, the craft limit of Spell Damage Increase is 1-9 (crafted), is it increased with any runic?

      This is an event spellbook, they were generated up to 50%, after, almost every ToT event have a book with 50% sdi in rewards, there is also a crafted artifact with 25 SDI (Scrapper's Compendium), as well as a couple of books with 15 SDI from Shadowguard, for example.
      There are also shields/items for the second hand with SDI, but all of them are also artifacts either for ToT events or for the black market.

    40% this is doobie stuff.. look at this:

    Freaking heretic designer stuff

    One thing left to do.. just put that mage in a closet waiting for another event and cross your fingers the heretic stuff is coming back.. This is how we meant to play UO.. put it on a shelf when your not scripting, waiting for that type of heresy  o:)

    The sandbox is long gone; this is time gated heretic items content era under BS. BIS shard bound limited in time, have fun! ;)


    PS:yes i'm pissed ~90 attempt to connect on the forum.. u guys are more than ready for NL release.. people gonna be impress; just with the forum, the CC and the tecnic!
    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to play/automate the game.

    Usually an event reward at 50% increase.  That’s the easiest way to get one.  Maybe the upcoming October event will have one available.

    Did you try vendor search 40sdi should be reasonably priced 
    Acknowledgment and accountability go a long way...
