Will we be able to craft these? Will we be able to, say, make a sash pin for a guild hunt that was completed? Or idk ... a goblin beauty pageant winner?

    They are in journal book, if you lost your then you can buy another on provisioner, all"achievements"-pins you got should be in the book just drag and drop them on your sash.

    I have mine.  So those are just written when you do quests.  I have been to other cities but nothing is there.
