I have a mage up to 70 skill, and it has inscription as a trade, but I can't find any inscription quests, how do I increase it?

What did you begin as.  If a mage you increase by doing the job boards and applying points with the guy there.

You can get Inscription BODs from the Mage Guildmasters, but those BODs won't increase the Inscription skill. Like Pawain said, you need to do the Job Board quests (Kill, Destroy, Defend) to earn Training Points to spend.

Btw, for those that aren't aware, Inscription skill provides several benefits outside of just scribing scrolls. GM Inscrip gives +10% SDI (not subject to 20-25% PvP Cap), +5% Casting Focus (not subject to the 12% Cap), and buffs Reactive Armor, Protection, and Magic Reflection.

My situation is more due to a bug and timing. I like the core principles. Choices have consequences. I do not believe that anyone who did not go down the mage path should be able to achieve the highest rank/skill and that goes for all paths. Again, this is due to earlier bug but could not lose eval and had to lose Inscription. I wanted Inscription for just that purpose of bods etc. Problem is, although they fixed, I cannot regain inscription over 50. all bods and things I create are only max of 30 skill and they bumped up 4th circle spells to 60, so no way to gain. Again, I am in favor of that type skill limit, however I think that core skills should have the ability to regain to previous levels
