Where and how i can train Hiding !?

Where i can find the "Guild of Shadows" to train Hiding !?

If you go into the building highlighted in the picture, one of the NPC's will allow you train it. I am not a fan of how this is done though quest wise. You are forced to take poison as well at the same time. I actually just wanted poison and no hiding. Going to put that in my feedback I send in tomorrow afternoon.

Also a big question if we don't have stealth anymore will be Shadowstrike available or require hiding instead ? @Kyronix
