Trouble with the NL mage quest.

Its asking me to attack a training dummy wit the spellbook and regs provided, but it didn't provide anything as far as i can tell.

    Of course it seems like the buttons claim the quest rewards are broken. Also cannot seem to patch the EC so I can log in and get the quest rewards as supposedly it works in EC.
