Plunderplucker: missing slayers

It appears the plunderplucker reward does not spawn with at least the following super/lesser slayers:

  1. Fey Slayer
  2. Eodon slayer
  3. Dinosaur, Eodon Tribes, Myrmidex

Requested change:  add these to the slayer drop/selection table(s) for the plunderplucker.
