EJ accounts with new event.....

Are you able to use EJ accounts for getting hats for this event? only reason i am asking because i see a lot more mutli-boxing then events before. Also can these hat be transferred to other shard?

    Have you looked at a hat?  Does it say shard Bound?
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    No EJs can’t and yes you can transfer hats.
