Can EJ Accounts get costumes at the Acid Spawn

Do the costume rewards fall under champ spawn rules (which EJ accounts can't get) or are they like virtue arties (which EJ accounts can get)?

There should be NO perks to EJ, its a trial, you have a go then you pay subs like everyone else.

As far as I am concerned EJ should not even be able to get out of Haven

Do Stygian Abyss mini-champs follow the same rules as the main champion spawns regarding EJ drops?  I'm not sure to be honest, but I suspect they probably do.
