    New back to UO from several years ago.  Where is HoC and Royal Council. Would like to come to both meetings

    Welcome back! The Hall of Commons, (HoC) is located at 24, 31S x 0, 33E and is directly north of the Britain Moongate. There will also be a Moongate in Luna by the stables for the events. The Royal Council meeting is in King Blackthorns Castle on the north side of Britain.
