EC - Quest marker shows for NPCs on floor below when in multi-story building

1. Go to a location with at least two stories and with quest NPCs on the first floor (New Haven Inn, for example)
2. Go to the 2nd floor
3. Observe quest marker for the NPCs on the first floor show on the second floor

    It’s normal for UO.  Confused me a little when I first started playing.
