That would upset me and a few years ago that might have been the norm at times, and it did upset me.  But it isn’t the norm anymore.  Maybe it’s a shard or computer issue.  Game almost always grays out for me for awhile when I logon and usually I can hardly move but usually within 5 minutes or so I am moving normally.  Always wondered about whether that was just me or everyone else.  Can understand your frustration as I went thru that before VS was fixed a few years ago.  Maybe contact a EM if you have not already.  I very rarely get a time out and I use VS every day.

A comment on the problem this person is having might be appropriate in addition to the edit.  It’s not like I don’t see complaints about this issue at least monthly.

Another easy way to find power scrolls in the size you want. With nothing else. And just change the skill to move to the next one.
