Anyone know why I can’t get the quest from Victoria she only shows buy and sell when I click on her? I have a paid account.

Click on yourself and be sure you aren't on another quest (Solen, Hawkwind)

Cinderella

click her and then select Ask about Chyloth

you drop 1000 daemon bone on her
then you will get the pop-up for the quest

then the bone daemon will spawn
