missing timers on buffs/debuffs on CC

On bug fixed client and Enhanced Client the timers show correctly,

however apparently using broadsword classic client, timers fail to show, on both the buffs and the debuffs
(unverified, sorry couldn't locate any footage/screenshots of someone still using this client)

    apparently it does show times if they mouse over each buff/debuff individually but only updates every 5 seconds, i don't know how they would then move or do anything else if they're spending all time mousing their cursor over the buffs/debuffs to show the times..."
