In general lots less variety of nonshard bound goods for sale on vendors.  Maybe it’s different on Atlantic.  Often prices for nonshard bound goods three or four times higher on shards other than Atlantic if they are available at all.  Maybe, it’s just the things I need or sell.  Current system discriminates against players not able to transfer from shard to shard from both seller’s and buyer’s point of view.  Or, maybe in your example, their just are not that many tamers or enough buyers on your shard anymore.  Sorry UO.
