Blade of Battle

my husband got the Blade of Battle from Vitavi (Renowned) today
I don't see this on the list for this spawn.

I do know that it is a Stygian Abyss Artifact
just wondering if it's supposed to be spawning at the rat spawn.
(wiki and other sources says its a Skeletal Dragon (Renowned) drop)

And if this is correct, then it needs added to the wiki.

Publish 60 merely gave a list of artifacts for Stygian Abyss, where exactly they dropped has only been determined by player feedback. I can add this information to the wiki.
