Enhanced Client - Item tooltips do not update properly when legacy container is enabled
1. Enable legacy containers
2. Move your mouse from one item to the next
3. Observe that the tool tip doesn't update to reflect the new item
Note: this works if you have some space between the item, but if the items are positioned close to one another, such that the tooltip does not destroy then re-create itself, then the tooltip will not update.
