Egg Spwan Lv 1 & 2

I have noticed the spawn reverts very quickly if left at the end of lv 2. Am I correct in assuming once the 10 eggs are collected the first time around, there are no more eggs in any subsequent rounds of lv 1&2  ?

Reason for the question, I see ppl deliberately leaving the spawn at lv 2 and returning a hr or so later, over and over. I didn't think they would be getting eggs but are they ?

They are not getting eggs once the 10 are gone.

They are gone when the second spawn starts.  In the previous spawn at Wind the first two spawns generated eggs but that is not the case with this one.  Even if you are the only one there it is just the first spawn.
