Out of Game BUG - Cannot buy gametime

Hello Everybody,

I am from Austria and cannot buy any gametime from the EA store, cannot use any Payment Method.

Ticket is Open : #135749044.

Does anyone experience this kind of Problems?

My Payment-Method is working because today I got a entry regarding payment for 1 Month.

But I want to buy the 6-Month Gametime, which is cheaper.

People have been able to buy 3 month codes, but not 1 or 6 month.
