Spined bloodworm bracers, do not appear to drop

Issue:

The gargoyle "Spined Bloodworm bracers" are documented per the below link to drop from ancient lich [renowned]

However, I've never seen these drop, and I've never seen them on vendor search (several shards, including ATL).

Is this another variation of a subset of the two issues reported at these links?

Expected behavior:
For the "Spined Bloodworm bracers" to drop from ancient liches [renowned]
OR remove them from the documentation at the link above.

    showed up a few hours after my post, still the first time I've seen it, and this should still be checked in the current artifact/drop table.
