Stealing from monsters flags you as a criminal even though you remain blue

Well, you just stole so you’re criminal but I don’t think you’ll ever go grey from stealing from monsters. 

So stealing is criminal but you only go grey if you get caught, which depends on your real and modded skill, and how many NPCs are nearby and facing in your direction.

It also doesn’t show a debuff for crim
