Bug: Mantle of the Archlich (Archlich Event) Resisting Spells +10 not counting

Hello,

I have noticed that if I wear the Mantle of the Archlich with any other character but the one who bought the mantle (direct from the deceit  NPC) the +10 Resisting Spells bonus do not count /display in the skills ....

Tested it with Classic Client and Enhanced Client, and gave  the mantle for testing to all my other chars but none did receive the +10 Resisting Spells from the mantle.(but the one who bought it he has 100/110 without mantle and 110/110 with mantle)

Sorry I found the problem.. Protection (-35 Resist) was active on all other chars with low resist
