Account Subscription Problems

As a returning player im having a huge mess in my subscriptions. There are about 11 old and ended entries. My new subscription from July(?) this year with a 6month GTC doesnt show, i can't see when it started and ends.
Anyone else with same problems?

I asked the customer service for help but that ended in a disaster: My account got immediately suspended. They found that this account does not have a current active paid subscription and has incorrectly stayed open despite this. WOW, not really what i expected when i asked for help on this obvious bug in the account system!

Why are all this old subscriptions showing up but not the current and active one? Anyone from the customer service who is having access to the activation database and can verify that i had a valid and running subscription?

    I'm afraid the account management team do not use this forum. You will need to re-contact EA, if you have the original confirmation email for the game time code include that in the information you send them.
