When Will Character Copy Be Available Again?

It's been down since Saturday. I wrote an email to your support email address yesterday asking when it will be available again.

No answer thus far. Thus I figured I ask here.

    I copied a character yesterday to bring my luck suit to test the rabbits, just did it again. seems to be fine.

    Seems to be down again.  I have tried to copy a character for the past two nights.

    Make sure you are fully patched (ie close your client and reopen) when attempting to copy chars. I've had that issue before and rebooting UO worked for me.

    The live shards have a different publish that TC.  TC has the spawn still. Prob wont be able to copy for a while.  Its been down since the last update.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
