If not wearing 100lrc you often fizzle multiple times recalling to your ship

Recall first time to your ship

    Don't you have to have a book with charges to get 100% success on recall. If you are using from a charged book, then there is a bug.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    “When you say is fizzles, there is no message?
    do you still not require some Magery for this to work at 100% success?

    Also, is this a rune book or a runic atlas?”

    It is 100% success recalling anywhere else and runic atlas and no magery is needed to use a runebook or runic atlas the message is more regent's are required

    Well it's only been 4 years and NL  is gonna have snow so let's not give up hope
