What is it?

They are parts needed on a quest to get a virtue tile, (Shard Bound) I did the quest across several shards when it first came out.  Only one per character can do the quest.

The tiles you get are random so I had to several people help me get the full set, I also made new characters on Atlantic, transfer them in to do the quest then transfer them off once they completed the quest.  Took a long time to get the set of 8 you see here.
