A full step by step report has been submitted today.
1) First reported 2017 Bug to stable pack animals with a bag of items on it.
2) First reported 2019 Exploit using Ultima Store.

1) Items stay on stabled pack animal after server down.
While neat and not hurting players, this bug provides safe free storage equal or greater than the housing storage of paid accounts.
