Mushroom Cultivator's Apron Alchemy Bonus doesn't reflect in crafting tool

When you try to craft  for example bottles of itchor, you got a 70 % success chance while GM Alchemist. Equipping a 21 Alchemy Bonus gives a 90% chance. Wearing the Hygieia's Amulet adss additional 10 Percent (100 % insum). When i try the apron it doesnt change the success chance.

Please fix it.
