heat of battle (de)buff

"heat of battle (de)buff - missing duration timer,  (currently only dislpays for PvP), displays on aggressed char even though aggressed char is able to recall/log out/enter house, (Aggressed char is blocked from log out if aggressed char retaliates.)

Expected result: Given that the (de)buff only displays for PvP and not for PvM, i think the (de)buff is intended to show only when you're in heat of battle and not able to enter a house/recall. In which case there is no need to show the (de)buff on the aggressed char, should only be present on the aggressor.

There is a second heat of battle anomoly. If you attack a pet, (EG beloning to aggressor - if aggressor has not specifically told his pet to kill you or guard himself) or an attackable pet belonging to a third party even, and you become the aggressor on the pet-  you do not receive the heat of battle (de)buff, yet you'll be unable to enter a house(or if already in a house you'll be ejected) BUT you will be able to recall/moongate travel.
Should also note, that if the aggressed pet gets mounted, the aggressor is then able to enter house

Expected result: for heat of battle de(buff) to show AND prevent recalling/moongate travel. For mounting pet to not negate aggressor's heat of battle status.

"Also, when you aggress a target (and receive the heat of battle (de)buff) and you slay the target, or one of the combatents moves to a different server the heat of battle (de)buff remains even though you're able to recall/enter a house.

expected result: for (de)buff to no longer show when target is dead or changed server.

(Also, (de)buff will dissapear after 2 mins even though you're still engaged in heat of battle.

This can sometimes be of use. If the target you're attacking hides or visa versa and you do some sort of area effect damage to hit the hidden target, as no numbers appear etc the only way you know you have successfully hit the target and they're still in the area is that the heat of battle buff will re-appear notifying you have successfully hit the target)"

"please note, this extends to riding swipe,

scenario - Bob attacks and dismounts Alice, Alice hits bob with riding swipe, Alice will be unable to enter house as if she was the aggressor (as the riding swipe slightly damages Bob's mount)"
