Of course, they have to speak their words of power in order to cast spells. When you choose to ignore them, you also ignore the utterance of their incantations. Seems to be working as intended. Otherwise, choose who you ignore wisely.

Fun fact: Trammel/Felucca settings are handled via "seasons". Felucca is considered a season, the same as how snow shows up in winter, and the leaves on trees turn brown in the fall.

You should uhm... Completely close down your client and open a fresh client more than once per patch. Not just to resolve issues like this, but also because for some reason the client will eat up to 30% cpu usage while sitting at the login screen.

Sounds like you should use the EC, as it already does exactly what you are asking.

Screenshot does not show any problem, it only shows how words of power are intended to work in conjunction with a player's selected speech color, and/or the EC related spell color functions. Everything is working as intended.
