Stealing these days is lame.... used to be worth something, now u can't steal anything that a player decides he doesn't want to lose. The game has been dumbed down, and skills have been rendered useless. Its sad.

I want to keep other shards scrolls off my own shard, not control the scrolls on my shard. See the difference? That's how u make it more competitive for the people who DO pvp.

The same thing people on Atlantic would do, either hunt for it, or buy it from someone. Its not complicated. The eco system is tainted by scroll farmers. How does restricting scroll trading between shards benefit people with shields?

Let me guess, because your a shard trader @Pawain ? If you don't have a shard shield and aren't making Atlantic your trading hub, I don't see the problem with making PS's shard bound. And why wouldn't you want reagents to be used to sink gold?

I agree fel is still alive in Yew, but that's about it. Go to the rest of Fel besides Yew and the power scroll dungeouns, and there is ZERO activity anywhere basically.I wouldn't call Fel exactly alive.
