necro was supposed to be a melee magic, and mystic was both.i seem to remember mystic when it first came out needed EI, focus and imbuing. all that being said, yes, Inscrip should boost damage on necro and mystic as well.

Vet works will +skill items, same chance to rez, cure heal and extra stable slots. Stealing however doea not work the same.

With jewels and the bird talisman, you could run with 75 taming and lore, i would keep the real bard skills at 120. I guess a better question is what build your going for, and mastery.

your lore should have to be at the bare minium. so like i said, 108. have someone try tansfering a cu to you. i don't think it will allow you to because your taming and lore are to low.
