I can confirm pages in night terror corpses, but haven’t been able to prove that they didn’t get them from rummaging a corpse. So far I haven’t seen pages on a night terror I know spawned after I arrived and started killing them.

I think it would be great to get the option to pack a house into a moving crate, then unpack the moving crate in a new house… think of it like packing and unpacking a shard transfer, only for houses.

The name on the sign will only change when the house is placed or traded. As others have said, the account owned the house... any character can perform all the actions of an owner.
