  • So say this publish goes live and now there's a lot more of the player population seeing first hand how treasure hunting is, post vs. pre publish. And there's a lot more feedback offered (Because the vast majority of players don't go to TC and don't…
  • Hmm if the blessed item was inside a pack inside your main pack? I don't remember that, Tim. Could be. I think all of my blessed items back in the day were items I was wearing. So they would have fallen into main pack when I died.
  • Good on ya, @Lady_Storm .  And I hope you feel better soon! :-)
  • @Lady_Storm said: " Long ago a bag/container for things like runebooks and the odd and end of things that go poof if you die and hide under every odd place item was said to be in the works." Ah! I didn't know that. Well, I won't give up hope! @Tim …

  • Yes! Little stuff like that, that gets buried, Drake!
  • I’ve never even heard of quite a number of the artifacts being mentioned here. I’ll take one of each please. Most of the artifacts I use on my characters were either purchased from player vendors or gifted to me. Way back when, and not for the la…
  • Thanks for the info, Zeke.
  • Popps, don't you like surprises at all? As Petra points out, and as is obvious when reading the news letter, cargo will be used in some other way.  Glad to see the beacons are staying. :-)  I'm very much hoping we don't run out of steam before new…
  • I think trouble starts when we dig our heels in over something we can't solo by using whatever our favorite or most comfortable character build is. Or when we're just not as good at a thing as someone else is so we want to level the playing field to…
  • Not much to add regarding loot. There are others who are so much faster and better at compiling data on digging up chests than I, and I thank those players for their efforts. I do want to thank the Dev's for working hard to reach a compromise after …
  • I think a good compromise has been met. Looking forward to more testing and to the next publish.  For those who observe it, have a safe, fun, relaxing, thoughtful Memorial Day weekend.
  • jaytin said: The problem here is that some people have never played any other game, some people will never play any other game, they are here forever. Unfortunately this can make some people accept ANY new content from boredom and fear of los…
  • I didn’t think what I said was flaming you. But since you’re receiving my comments that way I’ll refrain from communicating with you any further.
  • @MissE said: ”Since the first introduction of this idea at the beginning of this fiasco I have trained up remove trap on prodo shard using the methods to always train up the skill. ANYONE could also have already had it trained.  You just stone off 3…
  • I didn’t call any person out by name for being a whiner. And that had absolutely nothing to do with whether I agree with someone or not. There are plenty of folks on test center checking out new content who will offer feedback and ideas on how the…
  • Who are you kidding? Your posts are full of insults aimed at people you don’t agree with. To coin one of your phrases, you seem to have a hard on for it.
  • MissE said: How about if you want to train remove trap you leave the training as it is. Since this whole thing with remove trap has been talked about I have actually trained it weeks ago, sure it is a pain but it is done.  Anyone else could o…
  • Kyronix said: This still leaves a huge problem with training the actual skill, since puzzles would no longer be a part of it, the main training loop would take place on treasure maps themselves, which may or may not be so bad.  Feel free …
  • I hear you @KHAN. But I think we’re talking apples and oranges. Because I wasn’t really talking about what’s dropping for loot. I’m talking about how we get to the drop. I get you’re saying.
  • I hear you, Sistah!
  • Honestly all the whining has taken the wind out of my sails for continuing on TC as far as going after chests.  More and more I’m getting the feeling the puzzles won’t be added to the chests. And I’m not interested in spoiling my discovery (My favo…
  • Off Topic: I have a girl crush on Violet.
  • ZekeTerra said: Or how about removing the pucking fuzzles... Looked to me like Dizzy was looking for a way to solve the puzzles. Not get rid of them.
  • Faeryl said: @ Kyronix I do actually have a question. It was stated that the higher your remove trap skill gets, the fewer hints you'll get towards completing the puzzle. Shouldn't that honestly be the opposite? I would expect a person new…
  • Actually your numbers are a good solution, Dizzy. If numbers were assigned alongside the colors, 1 through 8, you could use the numbers to solve the puzzle instead of the colors.
  • Re Training Puzzles Did 23 puzzles in an hour. I think I did more than that the first hour I did this morning. At any rate, 23 puzzles brought me from  66.2 to 67.9  :-/   @Margrette I thought there was something said about luck playing a part in …
  • RE: Puzzle Boxes for RT Training I should have kept count of how many puzzles I solved in an hour. I'll do that next time. I would say I'm average to above average in the speed at which I solve the puzzles. But I guess I can't say for sure. All th…
  • Post is in regard to Remove Trap Training/Lockpicking]. Template: 100 Cartography, 100 Lockpicking, 63 Remove Trap, 100 Hiding, 96 Stealth, 120 Eval, 120 Magery,   I am participating in this content: Solo I’ve worked RT skill for a…
  • All of these requests make sense to me. We should have gates that allow us to choose what body of water we want to sail to without having to empty the hold and drydock.
