I think 1) and 2) are good targets. I doubt 3) is feasible in UO. The RNG can be so brutal. You can farm mobs or craft RNG based items for weeks on end without getting the result, while dozens of them sit ready on vendors. And then the prices are so…

I saw how no Broadsword official had a word to say in the 60-70 multiboxer thread that got deleted.. I don't see them "catch" any of the people that have been given free hand since years. Maybe they really know magic.. But good luck fooling your a…

If I was at EA, I would just pull the plug over calling it something totally random instead of Free-To-Play.. EA can tell UO to go FTP, but Broadsword has to implement it.. Can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink.. At least they tried..

From what we know the Facebook site is NOT operated by Broadsword. So I better wait for some official word on that. There is a lot of hearsay already, so something official from the team would definitely help.

Some people you could sell an apple labelled as an egg... and they would still blame everyone but themselves... Meanwhile in the rares forum there are people cashing out on real $$$, but that's acceptable...

Good restrictions to help keeping prices high and making EJ little interesting to actual players. .. if that was the target

Would only widen the gap between those with shard shields and those without. Good for people making a living off UO, so let's get this done ASAP! Let's get basic shard travel mobility to everyone, than we can talk about those ideas. But as it is n…

I personally just wonder why they did not call it Free-To-Play. It would be free advertising. But hey, let's name it something nobody ever will recognize as FTP

Ok, but I guess when he is contracted they also check on the work and thus approve the advertising of RMT sites there. The lack of an official response seconds my thoughts. At least the conversation here stays for us players to see what's going on…

Replace it by a standard bag. Functionality 200% improved immediately!

So from the reactions so far, I take that it is actually the official site maintained by Broadsword? Maybe someone from Broadsword could clear this up? @Mesanna

Oh yea, I guess with "Thank you UO Gold for sponsorship" they actually mean some random pile of coins, Not the RMT site with the same name Believe it or not, that's marketing.

A fair price? I would say like 50 bucks per shield. Generating like 1 token a month or so. After all shard transfers should be accessible to all players, not only those with old accounts. It's the most unbalanced thing in UO. If you read posts on …
