Clearly already exists in the game why do we let the cheats/rmt'ers have exclusivity on it?

    My mages use those when pirating.  No telling how many I have in random places I decided to drop them off till I want it again.

    An interesting place for one of these events would be Sanctuary. A broader UO population would discover the underground passages.  It has lots of different Orcs.
